One paid distribution option for delivering music and release details to streaming services and stores. Use distribution after your recording, permissions, credits and artwork are ready.
Try this: prepare a release folder containing the final audio, artwork, metadata, credits and licences.
Review the plan, renewal cost and optional extras. Distribution does not guarantee streams or income, and is distinct from publishing administration.
Read before applying. Membership is for adults aged 18+ and requires manual approval. An age declaration is not verified proof of age. All four membership answers must be affirmative; missing or negative answers are not approved.
Community rules and reporting
Welcome to Made With Learn to Rap, the reader community from J. Miles Publishing. Bring a track you made using the book, ask a specific question, and help another artist move forward.
Membership is intended for adults aged 18+. Use an artist name if you prefer. Do not post phone numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, identity documents or private conversations. Use community direct messages for collaborator follow-up where available; DMs are not a promise of confidentiality from the platform.
Share links from the official music platform, such as BandLab, SoundCloud, YouTube, Spotify or Audiomack. No raw audio attachments, pirated downloads, cracked software, URL shorteners, disguised destinations or link farms. Normal clickable links are fine. Never bypass a platform’s sharing restrictions or copy its artwork. An available stream is not proof you own the rights.
Only share material you own/control or have permission to share. Check beats, samples, co-writers, performers and artwork. Credit alone is not permission. Repeat the rights confirmation for each new submission. You keep your music; joining grants only the limited community-display permission described at onboarding. Public features require separate opt-in.
Critique the work, not the person. No hate, targeted harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, sexual exploitation, pornography, illegal sales, phishing, malware or spam. Ordinary rap profanity, fictional storytelling and discussion of difficult experiences are not automatically violations. Context matters; real threats and abusive targeting are not acceptable. Do not encourage self-harm or violence.
Use Share Your Track for work, Collab Requests for collaborators and Feedback & Discussion for technique questions. No guaranteed feedback, placements, earnings or label access are offered.
Report a post/comment using its menu. For copyright, impersonation, removal requests or reports without member access, email [email protected] with subject “Made With Learn to Rap — Report”. Include the post/link, concern and enough evidence to assess it. Do not send passwords, identity documents or copies of illegal media. Reports receive human review; a complaint does not automatically delete legitimate work. Decisions can be challenged through the same route. For immediate danger contact emergency services; this community is not an emergency service.
Admins may hold, hide or remove content, restrict access or ban accounts for violations. Urgent harm may require immediate restriction before review. Rules apply to collaboration approaches and DMs too. See the Privacy Notice for data handling.
Rights confirmation and limited permission
Rights confirmation for every submission
I confirm that I own or control the rights necessary to share each track/link I submit, or I have permission from the relevant rights holders. My submissions will not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. This includes permissions for beats, samples, featured performers and artwork where required.
Limited community-display permission
I give J. Miles Publishing non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display my submitted song link, artist name, song title and optional social handle within Made With Learn to Rap, and to show a preview or embed supplied through the original platform’s authorised tools where available. This permission is limited to operating the community while the submission remains available. I retain ownership of my music. I can delete my submission or request removal. Public website features or promotional use outside the member community require my separate, explicit permission for the specific submission.
Acceptance does not transfer ownership or remove J. Miles Publishing’s responsibilities. Add “Rights confirmed under MWLTR-v1” to each track post. Permission to feature a specific submission publicly is requested separately and is never a condition of membership.
Privacy notice
J. Miles Publishing, operated by James Miles, is responsible for the membership and moderation information it uses. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or to object to processing. These rights depend on the circumstances. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
We use your account/contact details, artist profile, membership answers, submitted links, posts, comments and reports to run the community and manage safety and rights concerns. We use information necessary to provide the service you request; legitimate interests support proportionate administration, fraud prevention and moderation; legal obligations may require particular records. Optional public features or marketing require separate consent, which you can withdraw without affecting earlier lawful processing. The copyright permission below is distinct from these data-protection bases.
Approved members can see your profile and community contributions. Admins can see membership answers and reports. Do not submit identity documents, your home address, payment details or sensitive personal information. Community DMs are processed by the platform and should not be treated as confidential from it. The member community is private; posts are not automatically displayed on this public website.
HighLevel/GoKollab provides the platform and may process account, device, usage and message data. Its privacy policy and data processing terms explain its roles, service providers and international processing, including in the United States. Its DPA provides mechanisms for restricted UK transfers. Linked music platforms apply their own policies when you visit them; authorised previews may contact those platforms. This page itself includes no third-party song embeds.
We retain membership and acceptance records while needed to provide membership and resolve complaints. Posts remain until removed through available controls or a verified request. Reports and dispute records are restricted to those who need them and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed; legal obligations or active disputes may require longer retention. Provider backups and third-party caches have their own retention schedules. Ask us about your particular record. No automatic deletion period is promised.
Membership does not subscribe you to marketing email or SMS. Optional platform activity notifications are separate and can be managed using the platform controls. There is no automated decision-making by J. Miles Publishing on admission or complaints: an administrator reviews them.
Email [email protected] with subject “Made With Learn to Rap — Report”. Include the post URL, reason, your relationship to the affected work/person and evidence needed to investigate. A reply address is enough; do not send ID documents, passwords or copies of illegal media. Members can also use the report option on posts/comments where available. Reports receive human review, not automatic deletion. You can request removal of your own submission or challenge a moderation decision through this route.
